Storymaster was set up for two distinct purposes:

To help great stories reach great audiences.

Since its creation Storymaster has had the mission of helping stories to be told using film and other media.  Storymaster has strong associations and contacts with several Hollywood Film Production Companies and has been able to help stories make it to the screen.  Storymaster acts both as principals, in an advisory capacity and as private investors in the film business.

To help nurture and catalyse the art of storytelling in its most fundamental forms.

Storytellers have been coming to Camelot Castle to share their tales and to meet and interact with the artists that are being drawn here in ever increasing numbers.  Live storytelling occurs every Wednesday evening during the spring, summer and autumn months.  All are most welcome.

Many storytellers, writers and artists report gains and successes as a result of what they learned while they were here or as a result of their interactions or the connections made here.   

Private meetings can often be arranged with John Mappin, the founder of Storymaster.

Artists report huge positive changes and benefits as a result of these meetings.
